社区是组成社会的基本单位，蕴含着人际关系网络的形成与运作，关系着社会的稳定与发展。社区与传播有着天然的联系，社区媒体是进行社区传播的有效载体。在新媒体环境下，利用社区媒体将大众传播、人际传播以及新媒体传播有效融合，发挥社区媒体互动与联动的功用，更好地提升“取之于民、服务于民”的信息服务品质，有利于形成社区间人际关系的良性循环，共筑美好家园，打造和谐社区；有利于构建信息化社区，缩减民众数字鸿沟，提高新媒介素养，加速和谐社会构建的发展进程。本文运用了文献搜集研究法、举例论证和归纳论证法，对以下内容进行了研究：
一，新媒体环境下的移动社区媒体具有爆发式的信息质量与速度，自主参与度强以及虚拟关系网络建立的特征。社区媒体交互的特性在于无差异交互以及现实人际关系网络的建立。社区媒体交互的特性及发展趋势为社区互助模式的实现提供了媒介平台与技术支持。新媒体环境下社区互助交互模式的基本构想，传播过程能够建立，传播角色能够参与，传播途径能够完成。因此，面向移动平台的社区互助交互设计具有传播可行性。
二，选择移动平台作为社区互助交互设计的媒体，对设计的具体服务内容和综合性的交互方式进行实现。通过设计手段与移动开发技术进行用户认证、用户活动与用户互助三大模块的搭建，完成用户认证—用户发起—用户回应的新型互助交互链条。

Abstract
Community is the basic unit of society, which contains the formation and operation of interpersonal network and the stability and development of society. Community and communication have natural connection, community media is the effective carrier of community communication. In the new media environment, the use of social media to mass communication, interpersonal communication and new media, effective integration, exert the function of social media interaction and linkage, better promotion ", by, and serve the people "information service quality, beneficial to form the virtuous circle of the interpersonal relationship between community build better homes, build harmonious communities; It is conducive to building an information-based community, narrowing the digital divide among the public, improving new media literacy and accelerating the development process of building a harmonious society. In this paper, the following contents are studied by means of literature research, example demonstration and inductive demonstration:
First, the mobile community media in the new media environment has the characteristics of explosive information quality and speed, strong autonomous participation and the establishment of virtual relationship network. The characteristic of social media interaction is no difference interaction and the establishment of realistic interpersonal relationship network. The characteristics and development trend of community media interaction provide media platform and technical support for the realization of community mutual aid mode. The basic conception of the mode of community mutual assistance and interaction under the new media environment can be established, the role of communication can be involved and the way of communication can be completed. Therefore, the community mutual aid and interaction design oriented to mobile platform has the communication feasibility.
Secondly, the mobile platform is selected as the media of mutual aid and interaction design in the community to realize the specific service contents and comprehensive interaction modes. Through the construction of three modules of user authentication, user activity and user mutual assistance through design means and mobile development technology, the new mutual assistance interactive chain of user authentication, user initiation and user response is completed.
