摘 要
轻烃作为一种重要的能源物质,在我们生活中扮演这举足轻重的作用,它涉及国防,交通,日常生活等方面。因此研究开发轻烃分离装置非常重要。本装置通过分离丁二烯、丁烯、C5烃类、C6非芳、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、C9以上烃类而得到分离产物。随着社会的发展,人们对轻烃的需求量越来越大。此外,轻烃由于只有碳氢两种元素组成,是一种清洁的能源。那么,开发设计合理的分离装置异常重要。
本工艺设计主要由三个精馏塔组成,包括两个板式塔,一个填料塔。并且每个设计包括精馏塔的工艺设计、物料衡算、热量衡算、热量衡算、塔体设计、设备计算及选型。通过计算理论塔板数、回流比、塔的操作压力、操作温度、产品流率、塔高、塔径,确定了填料塔的填料和板式塔F型浮阀塔板。

ABSTRACT
As an important energy material, light hydrocarbon played the vital role in our life, it involves the national defense, transportation, daily life and so on. So the development of light hydrocarbon separation device is very important. This device through the separation of butadiene, butene, C5, C6 non aromatic hydrocarbon, benzene, toluene, xylene, C9 hydrocarbon separation and product. With the development of the society, the growing demand for light hydrocarbon. In addition, since there is only light hydrocarbon hydrocarbon two kinds of elements, is a kind of clean energy. So, designing reasonable separation device is important.
The whole process depending on the volatility by three tower separation, and each design including the rectification tower process design, material balance, heat balance, heat balance, the tower body design, calculation and equipment selection.
