摘 要
分离操作利用各组分的相对挥发度及物性的不同进行分离和精馏,一方面为化学反应提供符合质量要求的原料,清除对反应或共沸剂有害的杂质,减少副反应和提高效率,另一反面对反应产物起着分离提纯的作用,以得到合格的产品,并使未反应的反应物得以循环利用。
本装置以丙酮为共沸剂,采用共沸精馏方法分离环己烷与苯,
此设计包括工艺流程设计、物料衡算、热量衡算、设备计算及选型。通过模拟和计算得到比较合适的工艺流程及操作条件两个精馏塔都选择板式塔,并进行了塔板水力学的校核计算。得出了比较理想的工艺流程及设备选用。

ABSTRACT
