摘 要
烃分离是依据各组分的相对挥发度以及物理性质的不同而进行分离和精馏。本装置通过分离丁二烯、丁烯、C5烃类、C6非芳、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、C9以上烃而得到C4、C5和C6芳烃。烃作为化工原料和一种清洁能源,市场前景非常可观。所以设计合理优化的烃分离装置,在化工生产中占有举足轻重的地位。
本设计主要针对烃生产工艺的分离工段进行计算。选择出合适的烃馏分,根据原料组成及产品指标要求,调优出合理分离序列。采用一个板式塔,两个填料塔进行分离。通过计算理论塔板数、回流比、塔的操作压力、操作温度、产品流率、塔高、塔径,确定了板式塔F型浮阀塔板,并进行了塔板水力学的校核计算。

ABSTRACT
The separation of light hydrocarbons rests on the relative volatility difference and the physical property difference of the various components. This equipment separates the butadiene ,the butene, the C5 carbohydrate composition, the C6 non aromatic, the benzene, the toluene and the dimethylbenzene. As a basic chemical raw material and a novel clean fuel, light hydrocarbon has a very promising future for develapments. So, reasonable design optimization of separation device, in chemical light hydrocarbons pivotal status in the production of chemical reaction.
The design of the main production process for the separation of light hydrocarbon section in the calculation. Suit light hydrocarbon fictions from oil refinery were selected,the rational separation sequence was optimized according the demand for raw materials’ composition and the product target. By calculating the required number of theoretical plates, reflux ratio, the tower operating pressure, operating temperature, product flow rate, high tower, tower diameter calculations,it calculate tower on the plate using the F-type floating valve tray and a tray of checking hydraulics calculation.
