摘 要
现代化工工业最常用的技术之一便是倾听分离技术,因此研究轻烃分离技术是至关重要。而精馏又是分离液体混合物最常用的一种单元操作,在化工、炼油、石油化工等工业中具有广泛应用。
本装置通过分离丁烷、异戊烷、正戊烷、环戊烷、2,3-二甲基丁烷、2-甲基戊烷、正己烷而得到液化气和正戊烷发泡剂。开发新型的轻烃分离装置以及改善设计,对提高生产效益具有重要的意义。
此设计包括工艺流程设计和物料衡算、能量衡算、设备计算及选型以及换热器的选型。设计共包含三个精馏塔,前两个精馏塔选择的是板式塔,第三个精馏塔选择的是填料塔。通过以上计算与选型得出了比较理想的工艺流程及设备选用。

Abstract
Technology of light hydrocarbon separation technology is one of the most commonly used is important now, separation of light hydrocarbon .Distillation separation is the most common unit operation in liquid mixtures, is widely used in chemical industry, oil refining, petrochemical and other industries.
The device through the separation of propane, isobutane, n-butane, n-pentane, isopentane, cyclopentane, hexane and liquefied gas and pentane foaming agent. Light hydrocarbon separation device and improve the design and development of a new, has important significance to improve production efficiency.
This design includes the design of process flow and material balance, energy balance, equipment selection and calculation of heat exchanger selection. The design consists of three column, two column selection is the type of column, third column is the choice of packing tower. Through the above calculation and selection of the process and equipment ideal selection.
