摘 要
在很多油气田开发过程中,会有轻烃产生,因此我们应用分离操作将这些轻烃进行分离。分离操作可以为化学反应提供符合质量要求的原料,清除对反应或催化剂有害的杂质,减少副反应和提高效率,还可以对反应产物起着分离提纯的作用,并使未反应得反应物得以循环利用。本文是将七种轻烃组分进行分离,根据相对挥发度的不同以及产品的要求可以通过三个塔实现分离,主要产品有两种:戊烷发泡剂和戊烷解析剂。通过以下设计:工艺流程设计和物料衡算、热量衡算、设备计算及选型、设计布置设计。得出了比较理想工艺流程,从而将轻烃组分进行分离。

ABSTRACT
In many oil and gas development processes, some Light hydrocarbons will have been produuced,so we used to separate the separate operation. Separation of operations is very important for the chemical reaction on the one hand, in line with quality requirements to provide the raw materials, or a catalyst on the reaction to remove harmful impurities, reduce side effects and improve efficiency, and the other anti-face of the reaction products play a role in separation and purification in order to be qualified products and so that the reaction has not reacted to recycling. This paper describes seven components of light hydrocarbon separation, according to the different volatility, as well as the requirements of product can achieve the separation of the three towers, there are two main products:Analysis agent pentane and Pentane blowing agent. The adoption of the following design: process design and material balance, heat balance, the calculation and selection of equipment, raw materials, power consumption and the consumption of fixed design layout. Come to a more satisfactory process, equipment selection and site layout.
