摘 要
轻烃具有一系列优良的物理化学性质,可用于燃料、制药、染料和制冷剂等。另外,轻烃作为一种新型清洁能源,市场前景非常可观。所以设计合理优化的轻烃分离装置,在化工生产中占有举足轻重的地位。
本设计从设计轻烃生产工艺流程进行展开,中间涉及塔体方案,进行物料衡算、热量衡算、塔体设计,再对产品的发展情况、用途简要叙述一下。

ABSTRACT
With a series of excellent physical and chemical properties, light hydrocarbon can be used for fuel, pharmaceutical, dye and refrigerant, etc. In addition, as a new type of clean energy, light hydrocarbon market prospect is very considerable. So the reasonable design optimization of the light hydrocarbon separation device, a significant role in the chemical production.
This design from the design production process of light hydrocarbon, middle plan of tower body, carries on the material balance, heat balance, the tower body design, and then give a brief account of the development for the use of its products.
