摘 要
乙醇和苯是工业上极为重要的有机化工原料,广泛的运用到工农业的各个领域。乙醇苯混合物是一种二元最低共沸液体混合物,用普通分离方法难以达到分离效果,故采用变压精馏的方法分离乙醇与苯。
根据产品要求可以通过两个塔实现分离,此设计包括精馏塔的工艺流程设计、物料衡算、热量衡算、塔体设计、设备计算,并进行了塔板水力学校核计算,得到了比较理想的工艺流程。

ABSTRACT
Ethanol and benzene is a very important chemical raw material in industry, and it is widely used in various fields of industry and agriculture.The mixture of ethanol benzene is a kind of two yuan lowest boiling liquid mixture. The separation effect is difficult to be separated by ordinary separation. So the method of separation of ethanol and benzene by variable pressure distillation is adopted.
According to the requirement of the product can realize the separation by two towers, this design including the distillation process design, material balance, heat balance, tower body design, equipment calculation, and the tray hydraulic calculation, get the ideal process.
