摘 要
烃是一种优良的新型清洁能源。轻烃分离技术是现在最常用的技术,所以设计合理的轻烃分离装置具有重要的意义。
本装置通过分离丙烷、异丁烷、正丁烷、异戊烷、正戊烷、环戊烷、异己烷而得到正戊烷脱附剂和环戊烷发泡剂。此设计包括工艺流程设计和物料衡算、能量衡算、设备计算及选型以及换热器的选型。设计共包含三个精馏塔,前两个精馏塔选择的是板式塔,第三个精馏塔选择的是填料塔。通过以上计算与选型得出了比较理想的工艺流程及设备选用。

ABSTRACT
Light hydrocarbon is a novel clean fuel, it has a very promising future for developments. Therefore, the rational design of light hydrocarbon separation device is of great significance.
By this means the separation of propane, isobutane, n-butane, iso-pentane, n-pentane, cyclopentane, iso-pentane-hexane to obtain the release agent and cyclopentane blowing agent. This design includes process design and material balance, energy balance, equipment selection and calculation and selection of heat exchangers. Design contains three distillation column, the first two plate tower distillation column is selected, the third choice is packed column distillation column. We get the ideal process and equipment by the calculation and selection .
