摘 要
小型物料含有丰富营养成分,且具有较高的食用价值和工业价值。本课题的设计,对发展小型物料深加工,增加财政收入,帮助山区农民脱贫致富将起到积极的推进作用。
本设计以增加粉碎能力和筛分效率入手,要设计一种高效、低耗、结构简单、操作方便、使用安全的小型物料食品垃圾粉碎机。我的设计思路为:制定方案—选择功率—设计带传动—设计粉碎室宽度、转子直径—进行细节方面的设计(包括轴、筛子、锤片选择、轴承密封装置、机架、连接件等)—进行轴、键的强度校核—画零件图和装配图—编写说明书。
该食品垃圾粉碎机结构简单,粉碎室比较窄,生产率比较高主要包括转子、锤片、主轴、喂料口、闸板、筛子、粉碎室、机架等部分,以小功率的电动机为动力源,采用带传动,利用高速旋转的锤片对进入粉碎室的物料进行反复锤击,加上转子的旋转离心力作用,使物料在粉碎室与筛片问相互撞击摩擦,利用筛片孔的直径控制加工产品粒度,最后粉碎成细0.1—2mm的小粉末,粉碎后的颗粒通过筛片进入出粉管经出料口排出。
