初中化学骨干教师培训需求调查分析--以贵州师范学院国培计划为例
摘 要
初中化学新课程改革背景下对教师提出更高的要求,初中化学教师需要具备适应时代的课程理念,这需要对初中化学教师进行深入的在职培训来完成这一目标。本研究主要通过问卷调查的方式,了解在职教师的培训需求。从调查结果中得出中学初中化学教师在职培训的需求主要体现在以下五个方面:在职培训内容的需求,培训的模式的需求,培训形式多样化,对授课教师的选择,完善的培训制度的需求。针对这些需求,提出以下的建议:加强新课程的理论与教学实际的联系;培训模式多样化;加强参训教师对新课程的积极态度和情感的培训;规范教师培训管理。

Abstract
Under New Curriculum Reform junior high school chemistry teachers put forward higher requirements, need to have the concept of junior high school chemistry teachers adapt to the times of the course, which requires a junior high school chemistry teacher in-depth job training to accomplish this goal. This study through questionnaires, in-service training needs of teachers. Demand obtained junior high school chemistry teacher in-service training from the survey results in the following five areas: demand-job training content, training needs model, training forms, selection of instructors, comprehensive training system demand. In response to these needs, the following recommendations: strengthen theoretical and practical teaching new curriculum links; training mode diversification; strengthen the training of teachers participating in the training curriculum for new positive attitude and emotional; standardize teacher training management.
