摘 要
随着社会的不断进步和科学技术的飞速发展,互联网技术日益受到人们的青睐。网络计算机的生活方式已逐渐深入人心,成为广大用户日常生活中不可或缺的一部分。互联网以其便利性、高速性、高效性和低成本性等优点,为各行各业带来了前所未有的变革。因此,开发一套符合特定需求的房屋租赁交易系统显得尤为重要。
本文从用户的实际功能需求出发,设计并实现了一套房屋租赁交易系统。该系统主要包括个人中心、房屋类型管理、房屋信息管理、预约看房管理、合同信息管理、房屋报修管理、房屋评价管理、房东入驻管理(我要当房东)、留言板管理以及系统管理等多个功能模块。经过深入细致的研究、精心的准备和规划,系统最终成功通过测试,并可以正常投入使用。在开发过程中,我们充分结合了房屋租赁系统的实际需求,对功能进行了不断调整和优化,同时探讨了使用Springboot+Vue技术栈开发房屋租赁系统的实践应用。

Abstracts
With the continuous progress of the society and the rapid development of science and technology, the Internet technology is increasingly favored by people. The lifestyle of network computer has gradually been deeply rooted in the people and become an indispensable part of the daily life of the majority of users. With its advantages of convenience, high speed, high efficiency and low cost, the Internet has brought about unprecedented changes to all walks of life. Therefore, it is particularly important to develop a housing rental transaction system that meets specific needs.
Based on the actual functional needs of users, this paper designs and realizes a house rental transaction system. The system mainly includes personal center, housing type management, housing information management, booking management, contract information management, housing management, housing repair management, housing evaluation management, landlord entry management (I want to be a landlord), message board management and system management and other functional modules. After thorough and meticulous research, careful preparation and planning, the system finally passed the test successfully, and can be put into use normally. In the development process, we fully combined the actual needs of the housing rental system, constantly adjusted and optimized the functions, and discussed the practical application of using Springboot + Vue technology stack to develop the housing rental system.
