摘 要
随着农业现代化的发展,高效、智能的采摘设备对于提高农业产出和降低劳动强度具有重要意义。10米高采摘机采摘臂底盘的设计与运动分析,正是针对现代农业采摘作业的需求而提出的。该选题来源于实际农业生产中对于高效采摘设备的需求,目的是通过设计和分析,开发出适用于果园、蔬菜基地等高处作物的采摘作业的新型设备。
本文针对10米高采摘机的采摘臂底盘进行设计与运动分析。首先,基于实际采摘需求和作业环境,确定了采摘机的总体结构和功能。其次,详细设计了采摘臂底盘的结构,包括驱动系统、传动系统、支撑系统等部分,并对其进行了强度和稳定性的校核。接着,利用运动学和动力学原理,对采摘臂底盘的运动过程进行了建模和分析,预测了其运动性能和采摘效率。最后,通过实验验证了设计的可行性和采摘机的实际效果。本文的研究成果可为类似采摘机的设计提供参考,并为农业装备的智能化、高效化发展提供理论支持。

Abstract
With the development of agricultural modernization, efficient and intelligent picking equipment is of great significance to improve agricultural output and reduce labor intensity. The design and movement analysis of the chassis of the 10-meter high picking machine are put forward to meet the needs of modern agricultural picking operation. This topic comes from the demand for efficient picking equipment in the actual agricultural production. The purpose is to develop a new type of equipment suitable for picking high crops such as orchards and vegetable bases through the design and analysis.
This paper presents the design and motion analysis of the 10 m high picker arm chassis. First, the overall structure and function of the picker are determined based on the actual picking requirements and the working environment. Secondly, the structure of the picking arm chassis is designed in detail, including the drive system, transmission system, support system and other parts, and its strength and stability are checked. Then, using the principle of kinematics and dynamics, the movement process of the picking arm chassis is modeling and analyzed, and the movement performance and picking efficiency are predicted. Finally, the feasibility of the design and the actual effect of the picker are verified by experiments. The research results of this paper can provide reference for the design of similar pickers, and provide theoretical support for the intelligent and efficient development of agricultural equipment.
