摘 要
汽车操稳性是指汽车在行驶时接受驾驶员的控制能力及行驶方向的稳定能力。本文的重点是利用虚拟样机技术建立实际车辆的整车动力学模型,在此基础上根据汽车操纵稳定性标准试验进行了操纵稳定性仿真研究。
首先,论文比较详细的总结了汽车操纵稳定性研究的发展和现状,从不同角度对汽车操纵稳定性的研究和评价方法进行详细分类。介绍了论文将要使用的ADAMS软件的主要模块和软件的理论基础。为下面的建模和仿真分析建立了理论基础。
其次,根据汽车操纵稳定性试验分析的要求和特点,参照某款国产车的结构参数,利用ADMAS/Car软件建立相对简化的汽车整车三维参数化实体结构模型,包括前后悬架系统、转向系统、轮胎及车身等结构,完成虚拟样机建模。
最后,依据汽车操纵稳定性试验方法国家标准的要求分别进行为蛇行试验、转向盘转角阶跃输入、转向盘转角脉冲输入和转向轻便性实验。根据汽车操纵稳定性指标限值与评价方法,对汽车的操纵稳定性进行评价。研究汽车结构参数对整车操纵稳定性影响的相关规律。
整个研究过程以虚拟样机技术为核心,实现了在计算机上对整车的操纵稳定性的仿真研究。该研究对在车辆产品开发设计过程中改进汽车的性能、提高汽车的主动安全性、降低开发和制造成本及缩短产品开发周期有着一定的现实意义。

ABSTRCT
Vehicle handling and stability is to accept the driver when the car is moving and the ability to control the stability of driving direction capabilities. This paper is focused on the use of virtual prototype technology build actual vehicle dynamics model, the vehicle up based on the vehicle steering stability on the standard test control stability simulation
First, this paper summarizes the development stage and present status of vehicle handling stability。The thesis classifies the estimation methods from different aspects. Then; the key modules and the abstract foundation of ADAMS are introduced that will be used in the following chapters. These theories are the base of the subsequent model building and simulation analysis.
Second,to realize the virtual development of automobile products,a virtual car model was built for a certain domestic passenger car by the means of ADAMS,in which front and real suspensions,steering system,tires,road and the vehicle body are considered.
Finally, configurations under typical working condition(steady static circular test, steering transient response test and pylon course slalom test)was performed.According to the National Evaluation Index and Evaluation Method on the Vehicle Handling and Stability, the relationship of parameters and evaluation index was discussed.
The whole research concentrated on the exploration and application of virtual prototyping technology.Through further study, the relation between evaluation index and vehicle structural parameters would be gained.Thus,vehicle dynamic characteristics can be improved and the safety of vehicle Can be enhanced.
