摘 要
2100柴油机是我国自主进行与开发研制的新型、常规中等功率、具备节能条件的成熟型柴油机。目前,已经大面积运用于我国的农业工程机械,民用发电等领域。2100柴油机与同类机型对比,具有优异的动力性,经济性和可靠性,在国内农用机械用户中具有较强的优势,现在市面的2100柴油机主要在活塞连杆总成、曲轴、燃油系统等方面比旧式机型进行了优化、强化设计,使发动机在动力性、经济性等方面有较大的提高,也实现了增加其运用范围的目的。
本文主要探讨2100柴油机的曲轴系设计过程。内容包括2100柴油机曲轴,皮带轮,正时齿轮,曲轴飞轮零件图的绘制时的参数选择,及加工过程以及检验产品时强度校核等内容。
本文运用到了SolidWorks三维软件制图,本文综合性的对曲轴飞轮组的设计问题进行了研究。

ABSTRACT
2100 diesel engine is China's own mature diesel model, conventional medium power, have such conditions and development. At present, a large area has been used in the agricultural engineering machinery in China, civil power and other fields. Comparison of 2100 diesel engine with similar models, with excellent power performance, economy and reliability, has a strong advantage in the domestic agricultural machinery users in the market now, mainly in the 2100 diesel engine crankshaft, piston and rod assembly, fuel system optimization, strengthening the design of than the old models, so that the engine has a larger to improve the power, economy and other aspects, also achieved the purpose of increasing its scope of application.
This paper mainly discusses the design process of 2100 diesel engine crankshaft system. Including 2100 diesel engine crankshaft, pulley, gear, parameter selection of drawing crankshaft flywheel parts drawing, machining process and product inspection and strength check etc..
This paper uses the SolidWorks software for 3D graphics, crankshaft flywheel group design problem in this paper is studied.
