摘 要
近年来,社会发展快速,而我们生活的环境也在遭受破坏,民众的环境保护意识和资源节约意识不断提高,电动车在这样的机遇下获得很大关注并蓬勃发展。之前有刷直流电机在电动车驱动装置中占据着主导地位,但有刷电机凭借机械换向器和电刷配合进行换向,特别容易造成磨损,元件也比较复杂,同时运行稳定性较差且有杂音。现在无刷直流电机运用在更多行业,它兼备有刷直流电机优点,没有机械换向装置,使用时间长、安全性高、维护成本低等优点,这些优点使它成为电动车用电机的首选。
本文是对汽车无刷直流电动机做出深入的剖析与设计。无刷直流电动机是一种具有高效率、低磨损、低噪声的新型直流电机机种.本设计在介绍无刷直流电动机设计中,关于相数、极数、槽数及绕组连接方式的选择方法和应遵从的规律.而且针对小功率直流电动机结构特点和工作性能,在电枢反应理论基础上设计出功率为45kw的无刷直流电动机,并对霍尔位置传感器和无刷电动机的控制及驱动做了详细的分析。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, social development has been rapid, and the environment in which we live is also being destroyed, and people's awareness of environmental protection and conservation of resources has been constantly raised. In the past, brush-DC motor was dominant in the driving device of electric vehicle, but the brush-motor commutated with mechanical commutator and brush. The brushless DC motor is used in more industries now, it has the advantages of brushless DC motor, no mechanical reversing device, and long service time. High security and low maintenance cost These advantages make it the first choice for electric motors.
This paper makes a deep analysis and design of brushless DC motor. Brushless DC motor is a new type of DC motor with high efficiency, low wear and low noise. This design is used to introduce the design of brushless DC motor. The selection method of phase number, pole number, slot number and winding connection mode and the rules to be followed. Based on armature reaction theory, a 45kw brushless DC motor is designed, and the control and drive of Hall position sensor and brushless motor are analyzed in detail.
