发动机拆装台架的设计
摘 要
汽车作为目前比较普遍的一种交通工具在人们的日常生活中已经占有非常重要的地位,随之带来的是汽车维修行业的兴起,随着我国汽车产业快速发展,汽车维修技术的进步也越来越迅速。我国汽车维修行业投入方式呈现多层次的特征,这决定了我国汽修企业技术水平的良莠不齐。一方面,一些实力雄厚的汽车生产企业在国内建立了售后服务网点或者是所产车型的特约维修站,带动了汽修行业整体水平的大幅提高。但另一方面,我国还有更多的人他们本身素质较低,只能凭借简陋的设备、简单的工具和多年的工作经验从事汽车维修行业。在整个汽车维修行业中,发动机的维修毫无疑问是这个行业中比较重要的一个分支,汽车发动机拆装实习台架架就是作为汽车发动机维修行业较为常见的一个辅助设备而出现的。
结合职业院校汽修专业或培训机构的汽车培训技能需要,设计一种电控汽油发动机总成拆装教学设备,便于学员进行发动机拆卸和装配实训。使学员清楚了解发动机内部的结构与功能,便于学员较快地掌握发动机的构造和原理。拆装翻转架选材要重视使用安全,要求坚固耐用,表面经喷涂工艺处理,底部带有自锁脚轮装置,可移动式,方便教学。
