摘 要
本次设计中我的设计任务微型客车的前桥、前悬架与转向系设计。由于本车前桥采用了麦弗逊式独立悬架,所以前桥采用与之相配合的断开式车桥,属于转向驱动桥。前悬架有独立悬架与非独立悬架之分,本车前悬架采用了麦弗逊式独立悬架,其优点是增加悬架了两前轮内测的空间,便于发动机和起一些不简单布置。主要对悬架的性能参数进行确定,对弹性元件进行了计算,并选择了合适的减振器。通过对悬架主要参数的设计与计算,从而保证本车的行驶平顺性与减震性能。汽车转向系的设计主要包括了转向前桥设计,转向器选择的是循环球式转向器,并通过计算使之符合设计要求,并对专项题型进行计算,并通过优化使之接近理想状态。为保障整车性能,在设计时尽量对前桥和转向系进行优化。
设计中,主要通过查看实际车辆,总结课本知识,翻阅有关汽车方面的文章来研究前桥、前悬架和转向系,并验算了有关零部件的结构强度和刚度。最后进行了设计总结。
