Abstract
The Big Bang Theory as the latest and most popular comedy is famous for its novel themes and humorous dialogue. Humor is an indispensable form of language expression in life. People usually use humorous words to achieve special communication purposes except for making a sense of humor. Many scholars at home and abroad have studied humor from different perspectives. This paper focuses on the research of humor dialogue through The Big Bang Theory, it not only can help English learners get the use for reference and practice in the practical English expression, also help them to better understand the role of humor.
Through extensive reading and research the How Net and other related information, and watching the full version of The Big Bang Theory, can make people in-depth understand the importance of humor in life. So as to help English learners to better understand American culture and American humor.

1 Introduction
"The Big Bang" (The Big Bang Theory) is a by the United States Columbia Broadcasting Corporation launched the sitcom, released on September 23, 2007, has been broadcast three full season, the fourth quarter is hit. 2009 won the comedy class best contribution award, in 2010 won the people's favorite comedy class TV drama award. Actor Sheldon also won the Emmy comedy class best actor award. The main reason for the success of the play is its very unique language, to win the audience laughter and applause constantly. Humorous, full of contradictions, slightly obscure but yet the comedy of the language is always firmly grasp the hearts of the audience.
