摘 要
轻烃分离是依据各组分的相对挥发度以及物理性质的不同而进行的。通过精馏和分馏为化学反应提供符合质量要求的原料,清除对反应或催化剂有害的杂质,减少副反应和提高效率,并且对反应产物有分离提纯的作用,以得到合格的高质量产品,并使未反应的反应物得以循环利用。
本装置通过分离丁烷、异戊烷、正戊烷、环戊烷、2,3-二甲基丁烷、2-甲基戊烷、正己烷而得到液化气和正戊烷发泡剂。开发新型的轻烃分离装置以及改善设计,对提高生产效益具有重要的意义。
此设计包括工艺流程设计和物料衡算、能量衡算、设备计算及选型以及换热器的选型。设计共包含三个精馏塔,前两个精馏塔选择的是板式塔,第三个精馏塔选择的是填料塔。通过以上计算与选型得出了比较理想的工艺流程及设备选用。
