摘 要
本毕业设计的内容是普通民用住宅,建筑名称是徐州市南郊矿大住宅楼,位于江苏省徐州市,总建筑面积约,总高18.45m
,共6
层。每层层高均为3.0m
。
主要内容包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。
建筑设计部分完成了建筑总体方案设计、平面设计、立面设计、剖面设计、外立面装饰设计、防火设计以及屋面、楼梯及墙体等细部构造设计。完成了建筑平面、立面、剖面及楼梯施工图的绘制。
根据建筑使用功能要求和经济合理的原则,选取钢筋混凝土框架结构作为本建筑的结构承重体系,采用筏板基础,提高地下室的整体刚度和防水能力。
结构设计中考虑了恒载、楼屋面活载及地震水平作用、风荷载作用,荷载效应组合等问题。本设计框架抗震等级为三级。对框架梁、柱按强剪弱弯、强柱弱梁原则进行构件配筋设计,并考虑了地震区对配筋的各种构造要求。
结构设计部分完成了结构体系选取、框架结构平面布置、截面尺寸估算、荷载计算、侧移验算、内力计算、pkpm电算校核及构件配筋设计等工作,同时还完成了基础设计,楼板设计、楼梯设计工作。完成了结构设计说明及基础配筋图,标准层结构平面布置图、楼板配筋图,框架配筋图,楼梯配筋图等结构施工图纸的绘制。

RESIDENTIAL BUILLDING DESIGN OF MINING UNIVERSITY AT SOUTHERN SEBURBS IN XUZHOU
The graduation design is a nomal residence,named Xuzhou Nanjiao Kuangda residence,be located in Jiangsu Xuzhou .A total construction area of about

Architectural design stage: a general programme design, graphic design, elevation design, profile design, decorative design, fire design, seismic design, roof, stairs and walls, structural design etc. And completed the explanation of architectural design and completed the architectural design and building plans note.
Structural design stage: the selection of the loading system ,the framework structure layout, estimating section size, load calculation, the lateral checked, the internal force calculation, the combination of internal forces and component design etc. and completed the structural design of the standard description of the structure and structural layer of plane arrangement chart, frame reinforcement chart, board reinforcing bars chart stair, infrastructure construction of graph.
Reinforced concrete structure system is generally framework structure, shear wall structure system, the giant structure. Frame structure system’s component included vertical columns and horizontal beam ,it is formed by connecting nodes, and bear both of the vertical loads and the horizontal loads fome the structure. According to the characteristics of framework structure,the construction of superstructure using the framework of cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure, the lower part of a separate basis. Consider the structural design of the dead load and live load of floor,and roof ,and the level of the earthquake, wind loads, load effect combinations, etc .The seismic design framework for the three grades. The framework of beams, columns by weak shear-bending, strong-weak beam reinforced the principle of component design, and to consider the earthquake zone on the reinforcement of structural requirements.
