摘要
随着信息数字化技术广泛应用和互联网的迅猛发展，国民经济和社会信息化水平的高低已经成为衡量一个国家综合实力的重要标志。政府作为信息资源的最大拥有者理应成为信息社会的中心节点。电子政务信息数字化技术成为推动国家信息化发展的重要力量，建设电子政府，开展电子政务信息数字化技术无疑具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。本文从电子政务信息数字化技术的基本概念、电子政务信息数字化技术发展的现状、电子政务信息数字化技术存在的问题出发，对电子政务信息数字化技术的发展前景进行了积极地展望。

Abstract
