当前我国城市建设项目的速度是令人惊讶的，也是世界轨道交通建设历史上少有的。近年来，我国地铁建设的加快、规模的加大。凸显出地铁工程工期长、施工过程复杂、涉及单位多等特点及问题。因此，对其进度进行有效地控制是工程项目管理中不可缺少的重要工作。

    质量控制、进度控制和成本控制是建筑项目中最重要的三个因素，任何一个因素都影响到项目的价值高低，甚至决定着项目的成败。本文主要分析建筑项目施工中影响工程质量和工程进度的因素，从而寻找加强质量控制与进度控制的方法，还通过“三控制”间的相互联系来协调相互之间的对立面。希望能通过这次研究对今后的工程项目管理研究提供一点参考，对实际的工程项目管理工作产生一些现实指导意义的作用。
