年产10000吨乳制品工厂设计
摘 要
年产10000吨乳制品工厂设计,通过制定产品方案,设计工艺,进行车间平面设计,对乳制品加工生产过程中的物料平衡,热量平衡进行计算,劳动力需求和水电汽消耗进行估算。主要产品为搅拌型酸奶4200t,有纯酸奶1200t、草莓酸奶1800t、菠萝酸奶1400t、芒果酸奶1400t。工厂占地为30000㎡,本工厂选址于四川彭山市省级经济开发区,交通极为便利,配套设施完善,充分考虑了原料供应和产品销量。根据加工工艺的不同,对不同产品分别进行物料衡算,热量衡算。综合考虑了生产工艺和经济技术等因素,对不同工段的生产设备进行选型。应用HACCP系统,确保乳制品安全性和质量稳定性。本设计采用先进的工艺与自动化生产,力求技术的先进性与经济上的合理性。原料均采用生鲜奶,辅以优良的配方,生产奶香明显、风味浓郁、细腻滑爽的酸奶。工厂总投资1000万。尽可能地采用新工艺、新设备、新技术,并节约设备投资,美化环境,搞好生活设施建设,对各方面进行综合考虑,使设计准确合理。设计一个高品质酸奶的全自动化、节能、环保型工厂。
