一种飞机勤务地井升降箱体限位锁紧装置设计
摘 要
本文旨在设计一种飞机勤务地井升降箱体的限位锁紧装置,以满足高效、安全的货物运输需求。首先,对地井的类型、整体结构以及箱体的移动方式进行了详细分析,明确了限位装置和锁紧机构的选择原则。在此基础上,针对具体应用场景,设定了箱体的上下移动极限位移、重量以及机架的尺寸规格等关键参数。通过对机架滑轨结构、限位机构位置、箱体移动驱动方式、限位方式和锁紧机构等方面的综合考量,提出了一种采用气动驱动、机械结构式锁紧的限位锁紧装置设计方案。为确保锁紧装置的可靠性和稳定性,采用有限元分析方法对关键零部件进行了应力分析和变形预测。本文的研究不仅为飞机勤务地井升降箱体的安全运输提供了有效的技术保障,也为同类装置的设计和优化提供了参考。

Abstract
This paper aims to design a limit locking device for the lifting box of the aircraft service well to meet the needs of efficient and safe cargo transportation. First, the type, the overall structure and the movement mode of the box are analyzed in detail, and the selection principles of the limiting device and locking mechanism are clarified. On this basis, the key parameters such as the limit displacement of the box up and down movement, weight and the size specification of the rack are set for specific application scenarios. Through the comprehensive consideration of frame slide rail structure, limit mechanism position, box movement drive mode, limit mode and locking mechanism, a design scheme of limiting locking device with pneumatic drive and mechanical structure locking is proposed. To ensure the reliability and stability of the locking device, the stress analysis and deformation prediction of the key parts are used. The research in this paper not only provides an effective technical support for the safe transportation of the lifting box, but also provides a reference for the design and optimization of similar devices.
