酒店管理系统设计与实现
摘 要:本系统运用了ThinkPHP框架、MySQL数据库、HTML前端以及Nginx等技术,将所有的中小型酒店与传统的单一酒店系统结合实现了高效、便捷的酒店管理系统。管理系统操作性能的好与坏很大程度上影响着客户的入住体验、前台服务人员的工作效率。与多数前台服务人员惯用的管理方式相比较,该系统实现具有以下优势:酒店管理系统摒弃了复杂的操作和流程,采用了更加简洁的界面设计和易于操作的概念,允许前台人员在5分钟内快速开始使用该系统。此外,本系统全面的记录了酒店所有相关的信息,其中包括客人入住流日志、服务员操作日志以及维护员维护日志等。不仅服务过程快捷流畅,而且预约、入住、换房、退房等操作可以在很短的时间内完成,缩短了顾客的等待时间,提供了更好的服务体验。

Design and implementation of hotel management system
Abstract: The system uses ThinkPHP framework, MySQL database, HTML front-end and Nginx technology, all small and medium-sized hotels and traditional single hotel system combined to achieve an efficient and convenient hotel management system. The operation performance of the management system is good or bad to a great extent affects the customer's check-in experience and the efficiency of the front desk service staff. Compared with most of the front desk service personnel used to manage the way, the system has the following advantages: hotel management system abandoned complex operations and processes, using a more concise interface design and easy to operate the concept, allowing the front desk personnel in 5 minutes to quickly start using the system. In addition, this system comprehensively records all relevant information of the hotel, including guest check-in flow log, attendant operation log and maintenance staff maintenance log. Not only the service process is fast and smooth, but also the booking, check-in, room change, check-out and other operations can be completed in a very short time, shortening the waiting time of customers, providing a better service experience.
