摘要
本文旨在探讨20m跨径装配式波纹钢-橡胶混凝土组合梁桥的结构设计。研究以一级公路标准为基础,桥梁跨度20m,桥面宽度16m,设计行车速度80km/h,设计荷载为公路-I级,并考虑7度(0.15g)地震烈度设防。通过选用符合国标GB/T 34567《冷弯波纹钢管》规定的波纹钢板(管)材料和波形,以及橡胶混凝土材料,提出了装配式波纹钢-橡胶混凝土组合梁桥的设计方案。
在结构设计阶段,首先根据选定的方案确定了各部件的结构尺寸,并参考国内外相关设计标准确定了设计荷载和荷载工况组合方案。接着,采用有限元软件对桥梁从施工到成桥阶段进行了全面的有限元分析,计算了波纹钢混凝土组合梁及波纹钢管混凝土组合墩的主要荷载效应(弯矩、剪力、轴力、变形位移等),并进行了抗震性能以及施工过程的验算。此外,将按规范设计计算的结果与有限元结果进行了对比分析,以确保设计的合理性和安全性。
在绘制施工图纸阶段,详细说明了施工过程应注意的事项,包括如何合理利用资源等,并绘制了桥梁总体布置图、结构概图、施工示意图及局部构造图等不少于6张图纸。设计说明书和图纸格式均符合相关规定。
本研究不仅为20m跨径装配式波纹钢-橡胶混凝土组合梁桥的结构设计提供了参考,也为类似桥梁的设计和施工提供了新的思路和方法。

Abstract
This paper aims to discuss the structural design of the 20-m span fabricated corrugated steel-rubber concrete composite beam bridge. The study is based on the first class highway standard, the bridge span is 20m, the bridge deck width is 16m, the design driving speed is 80 km/h, the design load is highway-I, and the seismic intensity fortification of 7 degrees (0.15g) is considered. By selecting the corrugated steel plate (pipe) material and waveform in accordance with the national standard GB / T 34567, the design scheme of the prefabricated corrugated steel-rubber concrete composite beam bridge is put forward.
In the structural design stage, the structural size of each component is first determined according to the selected scheme, and the combination scheme of design load and load condition is determined according to the relevant design standards at home and abroad. Then, the finite element software is used to analyze the bridge from construction to bridge formation, calculate the main load effect (bending moment, shear, axial force, deformation displacement, etc.) of corrugated concrete composite beam and corrugated concrete steel tube composite pier, and calculate the seismic performance and construction process. In addition, the results calculated by the standard design were compared with the finite element results to ensure the rationality and safety of the design.
In the stage of drawing construction drawings, it explains the matters that should be paid attention to in the construction process, including how to rationally use resources, and draws the overall layout of the bridge, structure overview, construction diagram and local construction diagram. Design specification and drawing format shall comply with relevant regulations.
