摘 要
随着我国城市化进程的加快和人口大量集聚,环境越来越重要,好的环境能使心身愉快,做事效率提高。其中喷泉可以湿润周围空气,减少尘埃,降低气温。喷泉的细小水珠同空气分子撞击,能产生大量的负氧离子,有益于改善社区面貌和增进居民身心健康。
花式音乐喷泉采用了可编程控制器PLC和变频器,用软件实现对花式音乐喷泉运行的自动控制,可靠性大大提高。控制系统结构简单,外部线路简化,可方便的增加或改变控制功能,也可以进行故障自动检测与报警显示,提高运行安全性,并便于检修。用SFC 方法编程,可以使设计思路清晰,编程简便。而变频器调速以其优异的调速性能和起制动性能、高效率、高功率因素和节电效果,可以控制喷泉水位的高度,广泛的适用范围及其它许多优点而获国内外公认为最有发展前途的调速方式。因此,可编程控制器PLC技术加变频器调速技术已成为现代喷泉行业的一个热点。
本设计是利用PLC 和变频器的调速技术,因而有三种喷水花样可供选择;能够控制每环喷水管喷水的高度;喷水时要有灯光显示;可以根据不同的季节、不同的场合可改变喷水的花样。将各种水型及灯光,按照预先设定的排列组合进行控制程序的设计,通过计算机运行程序发出控制信号,使水型及灯光有各种各样的变化。

ABSTRACT

Using SFC method, can make the design program of clear thinking, simple programming. With its excellent and speed-regulate of speed and braking performance, high efficiency, high power factor and energy saving effect, and can control the water fountain, broad scope of height and many other advantages and domestic grandpa think most promising speed. Therefore, the programmable controller PLC technology and speed-regulate technology has become a hot spot of modern fountain industry.
This design is the use of PLC and inverter control technology, which have three spray pattern selection, To control the height of each loop PenShuiGuan water-jet, When a light will show water, According to different season, the different situations can change the pattern of water. All sorts of water and light, according to the predetermined permutation and combination of control program design, through the computer to run a program to control signals, water and light have all sorts of change.
