船模曳系统深度调节链传动装置设计
摘 要
船模拖曳系统是一种模拟实际船舶航行状况的实验设备,广泛应用于船舶设计、制造、科研等领域。在船模拖曳系统中,深度调节是一个重要的参数,它直接影响船模的航行姿态和阻力等。因此,设计一种结构简单、操作方便、稳定性高的深度调节装置是必要的。
本文设计了一种船模拖曳系统深度调节链传动装置,该装置通过链传动方式实现船模拖曳系统的深度调节。通过调节装置的链轮链条的长度和位置,可以精确控制船模在水下的深度,提高船模拖曳系统的稳定性和精度。该装置具有结构简单、操作方便、可靠性高等优点,对于船模试验、水下机器人等领域具有广泛的应用前景。

ABSTRACT
Ship model towing system is a kind of experimental equipment to simulate the actual navigation conditions of ships, which is widely used in ship design, manufacturing, scientific research and other fields. In the towing system, depth regulation is an important parameter, which directly affects the navigation attitude and resistance of the ship die. Therefore, it is necessary to design a depth regulation device with a simple structure, easy operation and high stability.
In this paper, a kind of ship die towing system to realize the depth regulation of the ship die towing system has been designed. By adjusting the length and position of the sprocket chain of the device, the depth of the underwater can be accurately controlled, and the stability and accuracy of the towing system can be improved. The device has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation and high reliability, and has a wide application prospect for ship model test and underwater robot.
