摘 要
在光缆组网连接过程中,以及后续扩网以及故障维修过程中,需要剥离光纤外围的多次材料,露出光纤,这个环切剥离的过程一方面难度较大,要切断内、外两层钢丝以及沥青、聚乙烯、铜管、不锈钢管等多层材料,同时要求精细操作,不能损坏光纤。手工一般难以切断不锈钢丝、铜管和不锈钢管,用切割设备切割如果精度不够,就很容易损坏光纤。为此有必要设计一种小型化便携式的铠装光纤环切剥离装置,将铜管以外的几层环切剥离掉,然后在用手工精细剥离内层露出光纤。这样既可以提高环切剥离的效率,同时也不易损坏光纤。
本课题针对铠装光缆机械式环切剥离装置进行方案设计,旨在满足对大气环境下Φ36mm铠装光缆的环切和剥离要求。设计要求包括切割光缆外径、剥离段长度、环切深度误差、起始环切位置和动力源等。通过学习相关知识、检索参考文献和理解设计原理,提出了多个初步设计方案并进行评估优化。最终确定实施方案,进行设计计算和选型设备,绘制装配图和主要零部件零件图。整个装置长度不超过600mm,重量不大于200kg,能够实现准确、高效的铠装光缆环切剥离作业。

Abstract
In the process of optical cable network connection, and the subsequent expansion network and fault maintenance process, need to peel optical fiber peripheral multiple materials, revealing optical fiber, the ring cutting stripping process on the one hand is difficult, to cut off inside and outside two layers of steel wire and asphalt, polyethylene, copper pipe, stainless steel pipe and other multilayer materials, the requirements at the same time fine operation, can not damage the optical fiber. It is generally difficult to cut off stainless steel wire, copper pipe and stainless steel pipe, cutting equipment if the accuracy is not enough, it is easy to damage the optical fiber. To this end, it is necessary to design a miniaturized portable armored fiber ring cutting device, which cuts several layers outside the copper pipe and then exposes the fiber to the inner layer. This can improve the efficiency of cutting stripping, but also not damage the optical fiber.
This project is designed for the mechanical ring cutting and stripping device of armored optical cable to meet the ring cutting and stripping requirements of Φ 36mm armored optical cable in atmospheric environment. Design requirements include outer diameter of cutting optical cable, length of stripping section, cutting depth error, starting cutting position and power source, etc. By learning the relevant knowledge, searching the references and understanding the design principles, several preliminary design schemes are proposed and evaluated and optimized. Finally determine the implementation plan, design calculation and selection equipment, assembly drawing and main parts drawing. The length of the whole unit is not exceed 600mm, and the weight is not more than 200kg, which can realize accurate and efficient armored optical cable ring stripping operation.
