摘要: 香皂打印是香皂生产环节中的一个重要环节。香皂打印机是实现香皂打印的关键仪器。其打印香皂的质量决定了香皂最后的外观质量,进而影响香皂产品在消费者使用感受。目前国内许多中小企业采用生产效率较低的卧式打印机。卧式打印机使用回转模与其他机构配合实现香皂打印。由于回转模要进行180°的旋转运动,这样导致离心力较大,容易使得打印机无法吸住香皂。此外,卧式打印机整体使用的零件较为复杂,维护成本大,长时间工作会导致机器打印精度下降,使得打印出的香皂质量差。本课题设计采用立式香皂打印机来进行香皂打印。并且香皂打印机的核心传动机构采用共轭凸轮来保证香皂打印质量。共轭凸轮机构将动力传递给其他机构,其他机构在共轭凸轮机构的巧妙设计下,能够实现香皂打印的整个过程。本次设计将利用Camtrax软件实现共轭凸轮的主凸轮设计,再利用UG软件的运动仿真功能实现共轭凸轮副凸轮的设计。下模四杆机构的设计利用根据按两连架杆的三个对应位置的原理使用作图法来进行设计。电机根据实际需求,选用伺服电机来提供动力,并根据立式香皂打印机打印速度需要进行减速器的选取。然后对立式香皂打印机的主动轴进行校核。最后对立式香皂打印机的运动机构进行运动的分析。

Abstract: Soap printing is an important link in soap production. Soap printer is the key instrument to realize soap printing. The quality of the printed soap determines the final appearance quality of the soap, and then affects the experience of consumers in using the soap products. At present, many small and medium-sized enterprises in China use the horizontal printer with lower production efficiency. Horizontal printer uses rotary mold and other mechanisms to achieve soap printing. Because the rotary mold has to rotate at 180°, the centrifugal force is larger, which easily makes the printer unable to absorb the soap. In addition, the parts used by the horizontal printer are relatively complex, and the maintenance cost is high. Long time work will lead to the decrease of the printing accuracy of the machine, resulting in the poor quality of the printed soap. The design of this topic uses vertical soap printer to carry out soap printing. And the core drive mechanism of soap printer adopts conjugate CAM to ensure the quality of soap printing. The conjugate CAM mechanism transfers the power to other mechanisms, and other mechanisms can realize the whole process of soap printing under the ingenious design of the conjugate CAM mechanism. This design will use CAMTRAX software to achieve the main CAM design of the conjugate CAM, and then use UG software motion simulation function to achieve the design of the secondary CAM. The design of the four bar mechanism of the lower die is designed according to the principle of three corresponding positions of the two connecting rods using drawing method. According to the actual demand of the motor, the servo motor is selected to provide power, and the selection of the reducer is carried out according to the printing speed of the vertical soap printer. Then check the drive shaft of the vertical soap printer. Finally, the motion mechanism of vertical soap printer is analyzed.
