摘 要
自动化立体仓库是现代物流系统中迅速发展的一个重要组成部分,它具有节约用地、减轻劳动强度、消除差错、提高仓储自动化水平及管理水平、降低储运损耗、提高物流效率等诸多优点。目前,自动化立体仓库在各行各业中得到越来越广泛的应用。
本文主要介绍了基于西门子PLCS7-200的自动化立体仓库的设计,包括软件与硬件设计。文中介绍了自动化立体仓库的工作原理,该系统的硬件组成、结构、原理进行了阐述和分析;再次对本系统用到的器件分别进行介绍,重点对PLC程序进行了编写。该系统实现的功能是自动化立体仓库采用先进的自动化物料搬运设备,不仅能使货物在仓库内按需要自动存取,而且可以与仓库以外的生产环节进行有机的连接,并通过计算机管理 S7-200型可编程控制器作为控制核心,采集输入端口信号后完成各种逻辑控制和数据的运算,然后通过输出端口完成电机的运动和各种信号的现实。该系统要能够实现手动和自动两种工作模式,通过键盘可以对设备进行控制。最后对设计本课题所学到的知识进行归纳和总结。

Abstract
Automated warehouse is an important part of the rapid development of modern logistics system, it has to save space, reduce labor intensity, eliminate errors and improve the level of automation and warehousing management, reduce outages and improve the efficiency of logistics and many other advantages. Currently, automated warehouse to be more widely used in various industries.
This paper describes the automated warehouse based on Siemens PLCS7-200's design, including software and hardware design. This paper introduces the working principle of the automated warehouse, the hardware of the system composition, structure, principles are described and analyzed; once again used the device of the system were introduced, focusing on the preparation of the PLC program. The system realizes the function of automated warehouse material handling equipment using advanced automation, not only can automatically access the necessary goods in the warehouse, and can be connected to the warehouse beyond organic production processes, and through computer management systems and automation warehouse material handling equipment so that production logistics become an important part. S7-200 programmable controller as the core control signal input port to complete the acquisition of various arithmetic logic control and data, and then complete the realistic movement of the motor and a variety of signals through the output port. The system should be able to achieve both manual and automatic mode, the device can be controlled via the keyboard. Finally, the design of this project have learned knowledge and summarized.
