摘 要
自动配料系统是一种在线测量动态计量系统，集输送、计量、配料、定量等功能于一体，在冶金、建材、化工、饲料、食品加工等行业中得到广泛应用。设计开发自动配料优化控制系统，对于改善劳动条件、提高产品质量和生产效率具有十分重要的现实意义。
课题首先对自动配料系统的应用背景、发展趋势进行了综述，针对当前生产企业工艺水平相对落后、自动化水平低、生产效率低等不足，设计了自动配料控制监控系统。首先分析了自动配料系统的设计任务，依据设计任务对系统进行设计，采用工控机与PLC相结合的总体控制结构，由工控制机实现系统的管理和远程监控，PLC完成设备级的动作控制及相关信号的处理，通过以太网及RS-485总线实现系统的联接与通信。然后对下位机PLC和其特点进行了简要介绍，针对设计任务分析了系统的控制要求，并进行了PLC梯形图程序设计。系统监控部分采用国内应用最广泛的组态监控软件组态王实现，对自动配料系统的运行进行全面监控，并实时显示系统运行的状态，在监控室实现了系统的图形显示和运行故障报警等功能。

ABSTRACT
Automatic batching system is a kind of online measurement of dynamic measurement system, transportation, weighing, ingredients, quantitative, and other functions into an organic whole, in metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, fodder, is widely applied in the food processing industry, etc.Design and develop automatic batching optimization control system, to improve working conditions, improve product quality and production efficiency has very important practical significance.
The application background of Automatic batching system is introduced at first, the development trend of automatic batching system were summarized, in view of the current production enterprise technology level is relatively backward, low level of automation, low production efficiency, automatic batching control monitoring system is designed. The design of automatic batching system is analysised at first, according to the design task of system design, controlled by industrial computer and PLC combination of overall structure, controlled by the worker machine to realize the management and remote monitoring system, PLC control by completing the equipment level and related signal processing, through Ethernet and RS - 485 bus to realize connection and communication of the system.And then to the machine PLC and its characteristic has carried on the brief introduction, in view of the design task analysis of the system control requirements, and the PLC ladder diagram programming.System control part adopts domestic the most widely used kingview configuration monitoring software implementation, for the operation of the automatic batching system to conduct a comprehensive monitoring, and real-time display system running state, and in the control room to realize the graphic display of the system and running fault alarm, etc.
