摘  要
据公开数据显示，我国流浪动物总量近5000万只，数量庞大且呈现逐年增加的态势，饥饿、被虐待、疾病等悲剧围绕着它们。且流浪动物泛滥给公民自身安全、社会及生态环境等方面都带来了许多不良影响，由此，一些省市地方政府为解决流浪动物泛滥影响公民生活的问题，决定成立动物救助站，也有公民自发自愿成立救助团队。受地理区域的限制、资金不足、救助工作宣传困难等问题，流浪动物的救助、领养工作进展缓慢。
随着互联网的迅猛发展，尤其是电子商务快速普及，为动物领养、助养的普及与发展提供了良好的条件。虽然已有一部分人率先搭上互联网的顺风车，建立相关动物救助、领养、助养的网站，但是因信息更新不及时、地域限制、人力物力匮乏等问题，且救助站内存在动物泛滥、资金紧缺的情况，不能形成一个良性的循环。
本“万千宠爱”动物领养网站利用Web浏览器和客户端浏览器的网络高效率、低成本、及时更新的特点，致力于为真心喜爱动物的人提供便捷安全的领养平台，在减轻流浪动物带来的不良影响的同时，能够帮助它们找到新家，重获新生。

Design and implementation of thousands of pet animal
adoption website
Abstract
According to public data, the total number of stray animals in China is nearly 50 million, which is huge and increasing year by year. Tragedies such as hunger, abuse and disease surround them. Moreover, the proliferation of stray animals has brought many adverse effects on citizens' own safety, society and ecological environment. Therefore, in order to solve the problems that the proliferation of stray animals affects citizens' life, some provincial and municipal local governments decided to establish animal rescue stations, and some citizens volunteered to establish rescue teams. Due to geographical constraints, lack of funds and difficulties in publicity of rescue work, the rescue and adoption of stray animals have made slow progress.
With the rapid development of the Internet, especially the rapid popularization of e-commerce, it provides good conditions for the popularization and development of animal adoption and assistance. Although some people have taken the lead in taking the ride of the Internet to establish websites for animal rescue, adoption and support, a virtuous circle cannot be formed due to the problems of untimely information update, geographical restrictions, lack of human and material resources, and the proliferation of animals and shortage of funds in the rescue station.
Using the characteristics of high efficiency, low cost and timely update of web browser and client browser, this "thousands of favorite" animal adoption website is committed to providing a convenient and safe adoption platform for people who really love animals. While reducing the adverse effects of stray animals, it can help them find a new home and regain their rebirth.
