摘 要
本文采用新一代面向对象的Simio仿真软件进行复杂系统仿真分析,应用Simio软件构建某太阳能公司的安装配送过程,采用面向对象的可视化编程语言加可视化的逻辑控件,对安装配送过程中的物流配送以及车辆调度进行模拟。使用节约里程法进行配送路线的优化,确定了可行的安装配送方案,基于Simio仿真优化器进行了人员配置优化,并建立了相应的配送调度系统,仿真实验结果表明使用集装箱配送加节约里程法的路线优化方法,能够有效的降低公司的配送安装成本与安装时间,提高安装效率与配送效率。

Abstract
In this paper, a new generation of object-oriented Simio simulation software for complex system simulation analysis, the use of Simio software to build a solar company's installation and distribution process, the use of object-oriented visual programming language plus visual logic control, the installation and distribution process of logistics distribution and vehicle scheduling simulation. By using the mileage-saving method to optimize the distribution route, the feasible installation and distribution scheme is established, the personnel configuration is optimized based on the Simio simulation optimizer, and the corresponding dispatching system is established, and the simulation results show that the route optimization method using container distribution plus saving mileage method, Can effectively reduce the company's distribution and installation costs and installation time, improve installation efficiency and distribution efficiency.
