摘 要
近年来,随着意外事故的多发以及人口老龄化进程的加快,下肢残疾者的人数逐年递增,国内市场对轮椅的需求量也随之增加.但由于国内整体经济水平的限制,轮椅市场的结构比较单一,主要为能够满足基本出行需求的普通轮椅.残疾人收入有限,无法负担起高端轮椅,定制化轮椅的高昂费用,其个性化需求得不到满足.本文基于产品系统设计思想,设计了一款模块化的轮椅,残疾人可以根据自身需求,选购合适的模块,组合成能够满足其个性化需求的轮椅.首先,从系统的概念出发,引出产品系统设计的相关概念以及产品设计流程和设计方法;综合研究产品系统设计以及机械产品设计的相关理论,提出产品系统设计在机械设计中的应用形式。其次,在产品系统设计思想的指导下,对轮椅系统进行分析,完成轮椅和残疾人的相关调研,明确轮椅的功能需求;介绍模块化设计方法,并完成轮椅系统的模块划分。

Abstract
In recent years, with the frequent occurrence of accidents and the acceleration of the population aging process, the number of people with lower limb disabilities is increasing year by year, and the demand for wheelchairs in the domestic market has also increased. However, due to the limitation of the overall domestic economic level, the structure of the wheelchair market is relatively simple, mainly for ordinary wheelchairs that can meet the basic travel needs. With limited income for high-end wheelchairs, the high cost of customized wheelchairs, and their personalized needs are not met. Based on the design idea of product system, this paper designs a modular wheelchair. The disabled can choose appropriate modules according to their own needs and combine them into wheelchairs that can meet their personalized needs. Firstly, starting from the concept of system, the relevant concepts of product system design and the theory of product system design and mechanical product design, and propose the application form of product system design in mechanical design.Secondly, under the guidance of the product system design idea, analyze the wheelchair system, complete the relevant research of the wheelchair and the disabled, clarify the functional requirements of the wheelchair, introduce the modular design method, and complete the module division of the wheelchair system.
