摘　要

本通信录信息管理系统用计算机管理电子通信录的一种计算机应用技术的创新，在计算机还未普及之前通信管理都是由联系人采用名片笔录手工记帐的方式来操作的。现在一般的通信录管理都是采用计算机作为工具的实用的计算机通信录管理程序来帮助人们进行更有效的通信录信息管理。通信录管理系统是典型的信息管理系统其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强、数据安全性好的库。而对于后者则要求应用程序功能完备易使用等特点。经过分析我们使用公司的开发工具利用其提供的各种面向对象的开发工具尤其是数据窗口这一能方便而简洁操纵数据库的智能化对象在短时间内建立系统应用原型然后对初始原型系统进行需求迭代不断修正和改进直到形成用户满意的可行系统。

ABSTRACT

This address book information management system is an innovation of computer application technology, which uses computer to manage electronic address book. Before the popularization of computer, communication management is operated by contacts using business card recording and manual accounting. Now the general address book management is to use the computer as a tool of the practical computer address book management program to help people more effective address book information management. Address book management system is a typical information management system. Its development mainly includes the establishment and maintenance of background database and the development of front-end application. For the former, it is required to establish a database with strong data consistency and integrity and good data security. For the latter, it is required that the function of the application program is complete and easy to use. After analysis, we use the company's development tools, and use its various object-oriented development tools, especially the data window, which is an intelligent object that can easily and concisely manipulate the database, to establish the system application prototype in a short time, and then carry out the requirement iteration of the initial prototype system, and constantly revise and improve it until a feasible system is formed with the satisfaction of users.
