基于ATMEGA128单片机的播种机控制系统
摘 要:本次设计的智能播种机控制系统采用ATMEGA128单片机作为主芯片。单片机先对增量式编码盘采集的信号进行分析处理得到机具的速度,然后根据所建立的数学模型,通过算法编程控制伺服电机的转速来实现智能播种,其中为了精准播种还设计两个反馈系统:伺服电机转速的反馈和实际播种量的反馈。同时还设计了1x4的独立键盘进行不同参数的设置和LCD1602显示模块,增强了系统的可操作性和人性化。

Intelligent Control System Of Seeds
Abstract: This design intelligent seeder ATMEGA128 single-chip microcomputer control system adopts Lord chip. SCM first to incremental coding dish analyzed with acquisition of the signal, and then get some speed according to the established mathematical model, through the programming control algorithm servo motor speed to realize intelligent sow, which was designed to precision seeding two feedback system: servo motor speed feedback and the actual rate of feedback. Also 1x4 independent keyboard designed different parameter setting and LCD1602 display modules of the system, enhance operability and humanization.
