摘 要
从研究重型燃气轮机叶轮专用铣床着手,借鉴国内外先进经验,设计了一台用于板材及多种工件加工的重型燃气轮机叶轮专用铣床,满足了生产和设计的要求。整个重型燃气轮机叶轮专用钻铣床-铣床主要包括横纵向进给机构、立柱、横梁、底座、工作台等主要组部件。其中所有进给机构均采用滚珠丝杠进行传动,并由伺服电机进行驱动。主轴箱安装在龙门架上,运用类比法自行设计了滚珠丝杠螺母副的制动装置。

Abstract
Starting from the research on the special milling machine for heavy-duty gas turbine impeller and drawing lessons from the advanced experience at home and abroad, a special milling machine for heavy-duty gas turbine impeller for plate and various workpieces is designed to meet the requirements of production and design. The whole heavy-duty gas turbine impeller special drilling and milling machine-milling machine mainly includes transverse and longitudinal feed mechanism, column, beam, base, worktable and other main components. All feed mechanisms are driven by ball screw and driven by servo motor. The main shaft box is installed on the gantry frame, and the brake device of the ball screw nut pair is designed by analogy method.
