摘 要
改革开放以来，我国的各项事业都蓬勃发展,国民经济水平日益提高，综合国力也显著增强，在国际上的话语权逐渐增重。特别是随着现代化发展的不断推进，我国的建筑工程的建设水平也不断提高，但是在进行建筑工程的施工过程中，对于招投标等方面还是存在有一定的不足之处。
本文简要分析了招标控制价的基本概念和特征，以及在招投标中的重要作用。招标控制价体现了公开，公平，公正的原则，具有相当高的科学性，合理性和可信度，在工程建设项目招投标中得到广泛应用。招标控制价使投标报价变得简单容易，还能有效遏制一些招投标中的违法违规行为，极大的提高了招投标的成功率。
本次设计是以郑州市荥阳市秦淮住宅0-1地块2#楼的建筑施工图和结构施工图为基础编制的招标控制价，首先运用广联达算量软件对图纸进行建模处理并进行套价，汇总计算后得到详细的工程量清单，然后对工程进行部分结构进行手工算量；最终通过广联达算量软件得出该建筑的钢筋、土建、装饰装修以及部分措施项目费用。将通过广联达算量软件得到的清单定额汇总表导入广联达计价软件中之后，根据当期的市场信息价对人材机费用进行调价并计取措施项目费用等，最终得到该建筑的招标控制价。

ABSTRACT
Since the reform and opening up, all undertakings of our country have flourished, the level of national economy has been increasing day by day, the comprehensive national strength has also been significantly enhanced, and the right to speak in the world has gradually gained weight. Especially with the continuous development of modernization, the construction level of construction projects in China is also improving, but in the construction process of construction projects, there are still some shortcomings in bidding and so on.
This paper briefly analyzes the basic concepts and characteristics of bidding control price and its important role in bidding. The bidding control price embodies the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality, and has a high scientific nature, rationality and credibility, which has been widely used in the bidding of engineering construction projects. The bidding control price makes the bidding price simple and easy, and can effectively curb some illegal activities in bidding, which greatly improves the success rate of bidding.
This design is based on the building construction drawing and structure construction drawing of Qinhuai Residential Block 2# in Xingyang City, Zhengzhou City. Firstly, the drawing is modeled and priced by using Wanda calculation software, then the detailed bill of quantities is obtained, and then some structures are calculated manually. After the list quota summary table obtained by Wanda calculation software is imported into Wanda valuation software, the cost of human material machine is adjusted according to the current market information price and the cost of measure project is calculated. Finally, the bidding control price of the building is obtained.
