家用面条机设计
摘 要
面条是国人日常喜欢的一种面食,传统手工制作面条劳动强度大,工序复杂,效率低。针对传统手工制作面食存在的劳动强度大,工序复杂,效率低,不卫生等缺陷,运用齿轮传动,偏心轴上设置间隙调节机构及相关的机械原理,设计了多功能家用面条机。
本文对家用面条机进行了总体方案设计,确定了家用面条机的技术参数。同时对家用面条机使用过程中可能出现的问题做了详细的分析,并提出了相应的解决方法,且对家用面条机中的主要零件进行了结构设计、分析计算和校核。此次设计的家用面条机是将已经揉好的面团经过面辊相对转动挤压形成面片,再经压面棍对面片进行切条。此家用面条机的传动:以电动机为动力源,电机和切面辊之间通过皮带轮传动,两压面棍之间的传动是齿轮传动。
本次设计根据大学所学的知识,家用面条机进行深入的介绍和分析,利用所学的UG和CAD软件对家用面条机进行结构设计,并用CAD对面条机进行工程出图。具有结构简单,质量可靠,方便维修等特点,量生产可获得比较高的经济效益。

Design of Domestic Noodle Machine
Abstract
Noodles are a kind of pasta that Chinese people like every day. Traditional handmade noodles have high labor intensity, complex working procedure and low efficiency. Aiming at the defects such as large labor intensity, complex working procedure, low efficiency, unsanitary and so on, the multi-function household noodle machine is designed by using gear transmission, setting gap adjusting mechanism on eccentric shaft and related mechanical principle.
In this paper, the overall scheme design of household noodle machine is carried out, and the technical parameters of household noodle machine are determined. At the same time, the possible problems in the use of household noodle machine are analyzed in detail, and the corresponding solutions are put forward, and the main parts in the household noodle machine are designed, analyzed, calculated and checked. The designed domestic noodle machine is to knead the dough through the roll relative rotation to form a slice, and then through the face stick to cut the slice. The transmission of this household noodle machine: the motor is used as the power source, the motor and the cut roller are driven by the pulley, and the transmission between the two pressure noodles is gear transmission.
This design according to the knowledge learned in the university, the household noodle machine carries on the thorough introduction and the analysis, uses the learned UG and the CAD software to carry on the structure design to the household noodle machine, and uses the CAD to carry on the engineering drawing to the noodle machine. It has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable quality and convenient maintenance.
