小型插秧机的设计
摘要:小型插秧机的发展方向将是自动化,制造出经济实惠、适用性强的小型插秧机很有发展市场,针对不同地区开发出不同结构的插秧机极有市场前景。由此,相应的制造出高性能的小型插秧机是国内插秧机的发展现况。本课题设计的小型插秧机在分秧、送秧以及插秧深度控制方面作出改进,使其更便于操作化,增加其效率,降低其成本, 工作时发动机分别将动力传递给曲柄连杆式插秧机构和送秧机构,在两机构的配合下,插秧机构的秧针插入秧块抓取秧苗,将其取出下移,当移到设定的插秧深度时,由插秧机构中的插植臂将秧苗从秧针上压下,完成一个插秧过程。同时,通过浮板系统,控制行走轮与机架的相对位置和浮板与插针的相对位置,从而,能在秧田不平时使得插秧深度基本一致。该插秧机的结构紧凑、零件简单、使用方便、经济实惠,能够解决丘陵及道路不畅通地区的插秧工作。
