摘 要
随着我国经济的飞速发展,人民消费生活水平的不断进步。在校大学生由于其价格低廉且成绩有保障等有利因素,使其得到了广大家长的信赖,逐渐成为了一个具有潜力热门市场。然而有些不正规的家教管理系统会导致教学水平低、工作环境恶劣、薪资矛盾等诸多问题,所以加强对家教的监管系统迫在眉睫。
传统的家教行业开始趋于多元化发展,线上,线下及线上线下相结合模式普遍存在.但目前家教市场并不成熟,存在家教信息闭塞,信息欺诈,教学质量参差不齐等诸多问题。开发家教信息管理系统无偿的为大学生及家长提供真实可靠的服务,避免他们因虚假信息而遭受损失,提高找家教的效率,同时为构建新型家教管理体系提供参考。
本文以B/S架构为基础,结合JAVA语言、Mysql数据库等技术共同来研发家教信息管理系统。本次系统设计用户使用界面主要是采用JSP技术为主,具体用于注册用户私人信息的管理,教师及学员间的信息互动及信息披露等,使学员能够对教师进行评价,注册用户可以发布相关讨论。该平台不仅实现了教师与学生两者间信息的互通,还证明了该平台提供服务的可行性。

Abstract
With the rapid development of China's economy, people's consumption and living standards continue to progress. Because of its low price and guaranteed performance, college students have been trusted by parents and gradually become a potential hot market. However, some irregular tutoring management system will lead to low teaching level, bad working environment, salary contradiction and so on, so it is urgent to strengthen the supervision system of tutoring.
The traditional family education industry began to diversify, and the combination mode of online, offline and online is common. However, at present, the family education market is not mature, there are many problems such as family education information block, information fraud, uneven teaching quality and so on. The development of family education information management system provides real and reliable services for college students and parents free of charge, avoids their losses due to false information, improves the efficiency of family education, and provides a reference for the construction of a new family education management system.
This paper is based on the B/S architecture, combined with JAVA language, Mysql database and other technologies to develop tutoring information management system. JSP technology is mainly used in the design of user interface in this system, which is used for the management of private information of registered users, information interaction and information disclosure between teachers and students, so that students can evaluate teachers. Registered users can publish related discussions. The platform not only realizes the information exchange between teachers and students, but also proves the feasibility of providing services.
