摘    要

随着信息化的普及和发展，花店产业面对活跃的市场，大量的需求，以往的线下产品展览已经不能满足多变的市场需求，为使产品更加贴近市场，满足消费者需求，开发一款花卉销售与管理系统成为花店买卖交易中不可或缺的部分，在该系统中利用水晶报表中的柱形图和相应的数据来实现对往来数据的查询。

针对当前花卉定购需要在实体店交易的问题，设计在线花卉定购系统实现用户和商家的网上交易。对系统的在线花卉定购的需求进行了分析，根据需求分析描述了系统的功能结构，并给出了系统的具体实现。本系统面向小型企业的电子商务，将对在线购物系统统筹考虑，实现信息的共享，为企业提供一个易于操作的低费用的管理系统。使用在线购物系统，企业就可以拥有自己的网络商城，让企业在技术方面花费最少，从而全力以赴进行货源开发和业务经营，迅速地开展销售工作。

本次设计采用Java编程语言开发的花卉销售与管理系统，系统的用户分3类：浏览用户，注册用户和管理员。浏览用户只能浏览花卉的信息；注册用户可以管理个人信息，购物车和订单等信息；管理员能管理花卉信息，花卉分类信息，用户信息和订单信息，还能进行回复留言操作。本系统页面风格统一，易于操作，能满足消费者和经营者的花卉交易需求。

Abstract

With the popularization and development of information technology, florist industry is faced with active market and a lot of demand. In order to make products closer to the market and meet the needs of consumers, a flower sales and management system has become an indispensable part of florist trading.

In view of the problem that the current flower order needs to be traded in the physical store, the online flower order system is designed to realize the online transaction between the user and the merchant. This paper analyzes the demand of online flower order, describes the function structure of the system according to the requirement analysis, and gives the concrete realization of the system. This system is oriented to the electronic commerce of small enterprises. It will consider the online shopping system as a whole, realize the sharing of information, and provide an easy to operate and low cost management system for enterprises. With the online shopping system, enterprises can have their own network mall, so that enterprises spend the least on technology, so as to go all out to develop the source of goods and business operations, and quickly carry out sales work.

A flower sales and management system developed by Java programming language is designed. The users of the system are divided into three categories: browsing users, registered users and administrators. Browse users can only browse flower information; registered users can manage personal information, shopping cart and order information; administrators can manage flower information, flower classification information, user information and order information, but also can reply message operation. The system page style unified, easy to operate, can meet the needs of consumers and operators of flower trading.
