Abstract
With the gradual popularization of "Internet" thinking, talent recruitment has been divorced from the traditional paper resume model. The online talent recruitment system not only saves social costs, but also greatly improves the efficiency of enterprise recruitment. It is a win-win situation for job seekers and enterprises. After the Internet entered the Web2.0 era, social networks developed rapidly, and enterprises made full use of social platforms to recruit all kinds of talents for enterprises.
Based on the systematic analysis of the needs of the school employment management information system, this paper puts forward the design objectives of the graduate employment management system, discusses the architecture design of the talent recruitment information system based on the Web, and designs the common modules of the system. Enterprise user module and administrator module. In addition, job seekers can choose to publish, withdraw or print their resumes, or browse to real-time recruitment information to select the right company to apply.
