摘要
我国的核桃每年的种植面积和产量在全世界排名都是非常高的,在我国新疆,种植面积更是达到360万亩,虽然我国核桃种植比较普遍,但是核桃从树上摘下来必须去除青皮,而青皮的去除以往都是靠人工来去皮的,任务量非常大,而且青皮的汁液具有一定毒性,人工去皮往往也具有一定的危险,主要工作强度非常大,人工效率太低,很可能造成青皮核桃的皮还没去除完,青皮已经开始腐烂,造成核桃的污染,影响核桃的营养价值,这对核桃而言是极为不利的。
为了解决农民朋友们处理青皮核桃的难题,本文设计了一款青皮核桃滚笼式去皮机,本装置青皮处理能力强,效率高,采用一级齿轮和v带减速,增大了滚筒轴的扭矩,实现了青皮核桃的快速去皮。本文首先对本课题进行了叙述,分析了青皮核桃去皮的国内外现状,然后基于目前现状存在的一些问题,设计一款新的核桃去皮机,对总体设计方案进行了确定,最后对机械结构的传动部分进行了详细的设计,并且对部分关键零部件进行了强度校核,结果表面,该装置结构合理,十分符合青皮核桃去皮的使用,为青皮核桃去皮机的研制提供了理论基础。

In order to solve the problem of farmers dealing with green walnut, this paper designed a green walnut rolling cage peeling machine, this device green peel processing ability is strong, high efficiency, the use of a gear and v belt deceleration, increased the torque of the drum shaft, the realization of green walnut rapid peeling. In this article, the author describes in this paper, first of all, this project has analyzed the green husk walnut peel the status quo at home and abroad, and then based on some problems existing in current situation, design a new walnut peeling machine, to determine the overall design scheme, finally, the mechanical structure of the transmission part carried on the detailed design, for some key parts and the intensity, the surface as a result, the device structure is reasonable, it is very much in the use of green husk walnut peel, for the development of the green husk walnut peeling machine provides a theoretical basis.
