摘要

衣服快递包装机是用于包装服装，使服装增长其效率，增加服装美观度的一种机械。本次设计采用卧式袋成型-充填-封口包装机,其结构简单，传动平稳，噪声小，使用维修方便，效率高，所以在各类机械中得到了广泛的应用。有了这样的包装机，会提高生产效率，降低劳动强度，保护环境，节约材料；有利于保证被包装服装的卫生，提高服装质量，延长服装的效率；可减少包装场地面积，节约基建投资，赢得更多的利润。

本课题主要针对衣服快递自动包装机进行反求设计，主要作了以下几方面的工作：对衣服快递自动包装机工作原理和结构进行了研究和分析，在此基础上进行整机的设计。在上述基础上，对该包装机的包装折叠装置进行了详细的结构设计和计算。

Abstract

Clothing express packaging machine is used to package clothing, make clothing increase its efficiency, increase the beauty of clothing a kind of machinery. This design adopts horizontal bag forming-filling-sealing packaging machine, its structure is simple, transmission is stable, noise is small, use and maintenance is convenient, efficiency is high, so it has been widely used in all kinds of machinery. With such a packaging machine, it will improve production efficiency, reduce labor intensity, protect the environment, save materials, ensure the hygiene of packaged clothing, improve clothing quality and prolong clothing efficiency, and reduce the area of packaging site. Save capital construction investment and win more profits.

This subject mainly aims at the reverse design of the automatic packaging machine for clothing express delivery, and mainly makes the following work: the working principle and structure of the automatic packaging machine for clothing express delivery are studied and analyzed, and the whole machine is designed on this basis. On the basis of the above, the packaging device of the packaging machine is designed and calculated in detail.
