手推式除草机设计
摘 要
随着经济的增长,庭园草坪的发展,绿色环保意识的增加,原来的动力除草机在庭园使用时存在噪声,震动大,使用费用高等问题。本次设计的是一种手推式静音草坪除草机,可解决除草时噪声污染,震动,且降低使用费用,适合庭园草坪的修剪作业。
本文基于机械设计、机械原理和Solidworks三维绘图软件等相关知识与理论,通过搜集手推式除草机的相关资料、阅读相关的文献与书籍以及参考市面上的手推式除草机实体,包括控制把手、前进轮和传动杆,所述控制把手位于推杆的右端,所述前进轮的上端固定有防护罩,且防护罩的内侧安装有驱动装置,所述消声器位于驱动装置的上方,且驱动装置的右端连接有散热风扇,所述传动杆的下方设置有收集箱,且其左端固定有旋转头,所述旋转头的下端安装有切除盘。
本次设计利用CAD和Solidworks三维绘图软件将设计好的零部件模型进行零件建模,然后将建好的所有零部件模型进行装配设计,得到相应的装配体模最后对装配体模型进行运动仿真。

Design of hand-push weeding machine
ABSTRACT
With the growth of economy, the development of garden lawn and the increase of green environmental protection consciousness, the original power weeding machine has the problems of noise, vibration and high cost in the garden. This design is a hand-push mute lawn weeding machine, which can solve noise pollution, vibration, and reduce the cost of use, which is suitable for lawn mowing.
Based on the relevant knowledge and theory of mechanical design, mechanical principle and Solidworks 3D drawing software, the control handle is located at the right end of the push rod, the upper end of the front feed wheel is fixed with a protective cover, and the inner side of the shield is provided with a driving device, the muffler is located above the driving device, the right end of the drive device is connected with a heat dissipation fan, the lower part of the drive rod is provided with a collection box, and the left end is fixed with a rotating head, The lower end of the rotary head is provided with a cutting disc.
This design uses CAD and Solidworks 3D drawing software to model the designed parts model, then all the parts models are assembled and designed. Finally, the motion simulation of the assembly model is carried out.
