毕业设计说明
该设计为某大学的文科楼,占地19250平方米,总建筑面积控制在13200平方米。设计综合考虑了管理学院和法学院的教学及行政办公要求,主要满足使用功能的要求,但同时也要具有新颖活泼的外部造型,反映新世纪高校建筑特点,尽量给学生提供活拨、亲切的学习与交流平台。设计综合考虑了场地形状、建筑使用要求、人文背景、结构设计要求等方面指标。建筑和结构方面的说明如下:
1、建筑设计方面
建筑整体造型为“S”形与“1”字形的结合体。
该建筑物的主要入口位于南侧的校园主干道上,考虑到用地面积较大和使用功能的不同,在设计时把教学部分和行政部分分开来,教学楼的教室均为南北朝向,窗户面积大,通风和采光效果好,建筑物之间满足日照间距和消除声音影响间距。通过圆形的模拟法庭将左右建筑联系起来,前后三幢楼采用连廊连接,既便于管理,又在立面上形成整体,更加美观,之间连接的走廊即便于通行,又可做为休息台,满足学生课间活动需要。
2、结构设计方面
框架结构布置灵活,使用方便,在本次文科楼设计采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构体系。
按国家地震基本烈度区划图上划分,拟建地属<Ⅶ 度地震区第一组,设计基本地震加速度值为0.1g。经综合评定,属Ⅲ类建筑场地,软弱土场地,属抗震不利地段,必须按有关规划要求进行抗震设计。
框架结构体系布置时,柱网布置较为规则,柱距也较统一。框架计算分电算和手算两个部分,电算采用TBSA6.0进行框架结构的内力分析与配筋计算,并用计算机绘制一榀框架梁柱配筋图。
手算部分包括楼盖设计、隔震层设计、基础设计、楼梯设计。楼盖采用整体现浇式肋梁楼盖,双向板按弹性法计算。考虑经济实用问题,楼梯采用梁式楼梯。基础的选型,应根据工程性质、水文地质条件、建筑体型、结构类型、荷载大小布置、施工条件等进行综合考虑,该工程选用的是条形基础,并采用倒梁法进行计算。
主楼长为68米,在中间位置设置后浇带,后浇带带宽0.8米,采用膨胀性混泥土,混泥土强度等级为C30,在主体结构混泥土施工60天后浇筑。
由于教学楼为较为重要建筑物,且为多层,故在设计时采用隔震处理,以减小地震时的破坏,从而保证生命和财产的安全。
总结
进行了一个学期的毕业设计就要结束了,在这接近半年的毕业设计时间里,我学到了许多东西,从理论知识的运用,到将所学得的知识进行融会贯通,我系统的、顺利的完成了毕业设计。在设计中,我遇到了许多问题,但都通过自己的努力与老师、同学的帮助将它们解决。在这过程中,我们不得不去查找书本、资料,积极询问老师或和同学讨论,这样既增加了我们学习的积极性,也增进了老师和同学、同学和同学之间的感情。
通过这次设计,我对隔震设计的原因、条件、计算过程等方面都有了初步的认识,在结构的截面确定、基础选择、节点构造要求等方面上都有了较细的了解,通过绘制配筋图等,对钢筋锚固长度、箍筋加密区长度和间距等的认识加深了,通过电算和计算机绘图,使我较好地掌握了计算机软件的应用,总之,整个设计过后,我们已经对专业知识有了个系统的了解,从而为以后的工作之路更增一份筹码。

2.Structural design aspect
The portal frame construction arrangement is flexible, the easy to operate, uses the cast-in-place reinforced concrete portal frame construction system in this liberal arts building design. Divides according to the national earthquake basic intensity regionalization map, plans to construct is <Ⅶ The earthquake country first group, the design basic earthquake acceleration information is 0.1g. In the design, I have met many questions, but through own diligently and teacher, schoolmate's help solves them. In this process, we can not but search the books, the material, inquired positively teacher or and schoolmate discusses, like this already increased the enthusiasm which we study, also promoted between teacher and schoolmate, schoolmate and schoolmate's sentiment. Through this design, I to shock insulation aspects and so on design's reason, condition, computational process had the preliminary understanding, in aspects and so on structure section determination, foundation choice, node structure request some thin understandings, through the plan reinforcing bars chart and so on, to the steel bar anchorage length, the stirrup encryption area length and the spacing and so on understanding deepened, passes the charging to calculate that with the computer cartography, caused me to grasp the computer software's application well, in brief, the entire design, we already will have from now on system's understanding to the specialized knowledge, thus increased a chip road of for the later work.
