毕业设计说明
该设计为某大学的文科楼,占地19250平方米,总建筑面积控制在13200平方米。设计综合考虑了管理学院和法学院的教学及行政办公要求,主要满足使用功能的要求,但同时也要具有新颖活泼的外部造型,反映新世纪高校建筑特点,尽量给学生提供活拨、亲切的学习与交流平台。设计综合考虑了场地形状、建筑使用要求、人文背景、结构设计要求等方面指标。建筑和结构方面的说明如下:
1、建筑设计方面
    建筑整体造型为“S”形与“1”字形的结合体。
该建筑物的主要入口位于南侧的校园主干道上,考虑到用地面积较大和使用功能的不同,在设计时把教学部分和行政部分分开来,教学楼的教室均为南北朝向,窗户面积大,通风和采光效果好,建筑物之间满足日照间距和消除声音影响间距。通过圆形的模拟法庭将左右建筑联系起来,前后三幢楼采用连廊连接,既便于管理,又在立面上形成整体,更加美观,之间连接的走廊即便于通行,又可做为休息台,满足学生课间活动需要。
2、结构设计方面
框架结构布置灵活,使用方便,在本次文科楼设计采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构体系。
    按国家地震基本烈度区划图上划分,拟建地属<Ⅶ 度地震区第一组,设计基本地震加速度值为0.1g。经综合评定,属Ⅲ类建筑场地,软弱土场地,属抗震不利地段,必须按有关规划要求进行抗震设计。
    框架结构体系布置时,柱网布置较为规则,柱距也较统一。框架计算分电算和手算两个部分,电算采用TBSA6.0进行框架结构的内力分析与配筋计算,并用计算机绘制一榀框架梁柱配筋图。
手算部分包括楼盖设计、隔震层设计、基础设计、楼梯设计。楼盖采用整体现浇式肋梁楼盖,双向板按弹性法计算。考虑经济实用问题,楼梯采用梁式楼梯。基础的选型,应根据工程性质、水文地质条件、建筑体型、结构类型、荷载大小布置、施工条件等进行综合考虑,该工程选用的是条形基础,并采用倒梁法进行计算。
主楼长为68米,在中间位置设置后浇带,后浇带带宽0.8米,采用膨胀性混泥土,混泥土强度等级为C30,在主体结构混泥土施工60天后浇筑。
由于教学楼为较为重要建筑物,且为多层,故在设计时采用隔震处理,以减小地震时的破坏,从而保证生命和财产的安全。
总结
进行了一个学期的毕业设计就要结束了,在这接近半年的毕业设计时间里,我学到了许多东西,从理论知识的运用,到将所学得的知识进行融会贯通,我系统的、顺利的完成了毕业设计。在设计中,我遇到了许多问题,但都通过自己的努力与老师、同学的帮助将它们解决。在这过程中,我们不得不去查找书本、资料,积极询问老师或和同学讨论,这样既增加了我们学习的积极性,也增进了老师和同学、同学和同学之间的感情。
     通过这次设计,我对隔震设计的原因、条件、计算过程等方面都有了初步的认识,在结构的截面确定、基础选择、节点构造要求等方面上都有了较细的了解,通过绘制配筋图等,对钢筋锚固长度、箍筋加密区长度和间距等的认识加深了,通过电算和计算机绘图,使我较好地掌握了计算机软件的应用,总之,整个设计过后,我们已经对专业知识有了个系统的了解,从而为以后的工作之路更增一份筹码。

2.Structural design aspect
