摘 要
伴随着社会经济的快速发展，加快城市化建设刻不容缓，城市人口越来越多，造成城市人口压力严峻，房屋出现供不应求的局面，租房已经成为一部分人暂时落脚的理想选择。本文对村镇房屋管理现状做了基本调研，建立了一套面向全省县级以上村镇房产管理部门的业务管理系统，通过该系统实现县级用户信息化管理，电脑辅助审批，完成对村镇房屋产权各项申请的快速审批工作，提高房屋登记审批的工作效率，同时形成村镇房屋产权信息的共享系统，供省市县各级用户查询统计以利决策。
农村人口房屋管理系统的业务流进行具体分析，研究农村人口的工作需求。通过对公司日常业务需求的分析，分析出系统用户的详细功能，在根据农村人口房屋管理系统 的具体管理流程方式，画出公司的业务流图和数据分析。本系统是基于C/S模式结构，采用VS2010开发工具和内置的MySql数据库，运用C#技术来完成的。
本系统实现了农村人口房屋管理系统对房源分析汇总的管理，在系统投入运营前实现了所需的各个功能。系统能够正常投入运营，可以为农村人口房屋管理系统提高经济效益，使之适应现代化社会的发展。

Abstract
With the rapid development of social economy, it is urgent to speed up the construction of urbanization, more and more urban population, resulting in severe urban population pressure, housing supply exceeds supply, rental housing has become an ideal choice for some people to settle down temporarily. This paper makes a basic investigation on the present situation of the village and town housing management, and establishes a business management system for the village and town real estate management departments at or above the county level in the province. Through this system, the county-level user information management, computer-assisted examination and approval, complete the rapid examination and approval of village housing property rights applications, improve the efficiency of housing registration and approval, and form a sharing system of property rights information in villages and towns System, for provincial, municipal and county users at all levels to query statistics for decision-making.
The business flow of rural population housing management system is analyzed concretely to study the work demand of rural population. Through the analysis of the company's daily business needs, the detailed functions of the system users are analyzed, and the business flow diagram and data analysis of the company are drawn according to the specific management flow mode of the rural population housing management system. The system is based on the C/S pattern structure, using VS2010 development tools and built-in MySql database, using C# technology to complete.
This system realizes the management of the house source analysis and summary of the rural population housing management system, and realizes the required functions before the system is put into operation. The system can be put into operation normally, which can improve the economic benefit for the rural population housing management system and make it adapt to the development of modern society.
